Productivity - with more ups and downs than a rollercoaster it gets hard to know when you work best, and when things tend to unravel.

For the month of October use this Productivity Tracker to;

• Rate your productivity (on a scale of 1-5) twice a day - AM and PM
• Record your mood twice a day - AM and PM
• Scribble down any notes on the day that impacted your productivity and/or mood.

At the end of the month, review the tracker and take note of what you've noticed about your productivity patterns. Use what you learn to help you plan your working schedule for November and try and improve your output!
