Our diaries are made to order and are not available for shipping immediately after placing your order. Diaries go into production about 8 weeks before the start of the quarter and are shipped in time for you to start the quarter with your diary.
We do our best to have them delivered by the 21st of the month before. Delays caused by the delivery companies or incorrect address details are beyond our control (pun intended).
You can cancel your subscription at any time, there is no lock-in contract. The only condition is that you need to cancel your next edition before making payment for it. Once your payment for the next edition has been processed, your next edition will go into production and you can't cancel that order.
We estimate and calculate the amount of diaries to have printed based on the number of orders received and pending - so to help save waste (and the environment) we have to be strict on this policy.
The current subscription price is $34.95 per edition plus PPH of $7.95 (for a single diary) to a street address within Australia.
Pricing may change throughout your subscription, but you will be notified with a minimum of 30 days notice and you will receive the option to opt out of your subscription should you choose to.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We understand that things don't always go to plan but we do not issue refunds or accept returns due to change of mind or order error.
We will accept returns and provide an exchange, refund or credit on unused items in their original condition if there is a fault with the item or it is not as described on our website.

POSTAGE & COSTS
We ship via Toll DX (express) - which covers all PHYSICAL locations in Australia. Deliveries can not be made to PO Boxes or parcel lockers at this time with Toll.
If you provide a PO Box address your delivery will be sent with Australia Post, which will slow the delivery time considerably and increase your shipping costs.
If you select the wrong postage option at checkout there may be additional charges that need to be invoiced and paid before your order can be sent. This may also result in a delay in delivery because of the admin involved.
We can not be held responsible for factors out of our control that contribute to delivery delays such as the timing of your order, delivery issues and natural disasters.
Postage costs are provided at the checkout of our order and it is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct option for their order.
Street Address deliveries in Australia
All parcels attract a shipping, packaging and handling fee, if you require a bulk order please contact us for a shipping quote.
All street address parcels are tracked and a tracking number can be provided on request.
PO Box deliveries in Australia
Australia Post will be used for all PO Box orders, and standard parcel post will be used. This will mean a delivery time of 5-10 working days in most cases.
We can arrange delivery to addresses outside of Australia but it is important to note that our #controlfreak planners are designed with Australian dates and deadlines in mind that will not be relevant in other countries.
Should you wish to order outside of Australia please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss delivery options. We reserve the right to decline international orders.
If you are ordering from New Zealand there is a shipping option available for you on the website, please select this at checkout.
Any international orders placed with the incorrect shipping option may be cancelled or the additional shipping invoiced before your order is processed and sent.
Please note we have had orders shipped internationally lost in transit previously. If your order should go missing we will happily send a replacement product, but we do not accept liability for the shipping costs in sending the replacement.
