FREAK-QUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are subject to a shipping, packaging and handling cost, which is provided at checkout. It is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct shipping cost for their order. If the incorrect method is selected there may be a delay in delivery and additional charges payable.

If you are freakishly impatient, Perth based and want to collect your diary, we are down with that. Just get in contact with us before we fulfill your order.

PICK UP

You can collect your #controlfreak diary from East Perth or Canning Vale at a pre-arranged time. Please contact us on hello@heycontrolfreak.com.au to organise collection.

Note: Your $7.95 packaging and handling fee still applies if you choose to collect your order.

DELIVERY

We use Toll DX Express to deliver our parcels, they do not leave cards and will 99.99% of the time find a safe place to leave your order. If they are unable to access your premises or leave the parcel safely they will contact you to arrange an alternative.

NOTE: We prefer not post to PO Boxes (because Toll don't deliver to them!) so if you order with a PO Box we will be in contact for the best physical address for your planner to come to - unless you select and pay for the Australia Post shipping option at checkout.

Any orders sent to a PO Box will be sent via Australia Post. Please note that in the past when we have used Australia Post we have experienced delivery delays, missing parcels and all sorts of dramas which is why we prefer to send all parcels via Toll.

Why Quarterly?

The main reason quarterly is best? Because we can fit in SO.MUCH.GOODNESS to keep you motivated and on track. Otherwise you would need your wheeties to lug it around with you.

But the added bonus is that you get a gorgeous new design every 3 months, we can continue to add and develop elements relevant to current business needs, focus on specific topics and times of year AND there is nothing better than a "reboot" as business owners. Fresh pages, fresh perspective.

No, we aren't planning an annual planner as we just can't figure out how to make that work without losing all the goodness.

Yes, we are considering a few other awesome tools for different types of businesses.

Yes, we are most definitely developing some great accessories and additions for your #controlfreak. Think tabs, stickers, post it notes.....allllll the stationery goodness!

No, we are not going to keep going with more ridiculous "yes/no" points. We are done.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Don't go! How will you keep your life in order?

But if you want to cancel your subscription you sure can, we only have one condition - you need to cancel your subscription before your next payment processes. You can log into your account and cancel your payments at any time, or if you need help you can email us at hello@heycontrolfreak.com.au. Once your order processes then your order can not be cancelled.

If you absolutely and completely have to cancel your subscription order after your payment has been processed and you contact us before your diary has been posted you can request a 50% refund of the total paid.

How do I order in bulk?

Please contact us direct if you would like to order 4+ diaries or would like to discuss the option of having some customised pages added to your diary for your business or team.
