What is your shipping policy?

All orders are subject to a shipping, packaging and handling cost, which is provided at checkout. It is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct shipping cost for their order. If the incorrect method is selected there may be a delay in delivery and additional charges payable.

If you are freakishly impatient, Perth based and want to collect your diary, we are down with that. Just get in contact with us before we fulfil your order.


You can collect your #controlfreak diary from East Perth or Canning Vale at a pre-arranged time. Please select the pick up option when placing your order and we will be in contact to organise collection.

Note: Your $8.95 packaging and handling fee still applies if you choose to collect your order AFTER your order has been placed.


We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels and once the parcels are handed over we no longer have control over their whereabouts. Please direct all tracking enquiries directly to Australia Post.


We can arrange to ship orders outside of Australia, but please contact us first for a shipping quote and conditions for your location.

If you are ordering from New Zealand there is a shipping option available for you on the website.

Any international orders placed with the incorrect shipping option may be cancelled or the additional shipping invoiced before your order is processed and sent.

Please note we have had orders shipped internationally lost in transit previously. If your order should go missing we will happily send a replacement product, but we do not accept liability for the shipping costs in sending the replacement.

The main reason quarterly is best? Because we can fit in SO.MUCH.GOODNESS to keep you motivated and on track. Otherwise you would need your wheeties to lug it around with you.

But the added bonus is that you get a gorgeous new design every 3 months, we can continue to add and develop elements relevant to current business needs, focus on specific topics and times of year AND there is nothing better than a "reboot" as business owners. Fresh pages, fresh perspective.

No, we aren't planning an annual planner as we just can't figure out how to make that work without losing all the goodness.

Yes, we are considering a few other awesome tools for different types of businesses.

Yes, we are most definitely developing some great accessories and additions for your #controlfreak. Think tabs, stickers, post it notes.....allllll the stationery goodness!

No, we are not going to keep going with more ridiculous "yes/no" points. We are done.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Don't go! How will you keep your life in order?

But if you want to cancel your subscription you sure can, we only have one condition - you need to cancel your subscription before your next payment processes. You can log into your account and cancel your payments at any time, or if you need help you can email us at hello@heycontrolfreak.com.au. Once your order processes then your order can not be cancelled.

If you absolutely and completely have to cancel your subscription order after your payment has been processed and you contact us before your diary has been posted you can request a 50% refund of the total paid.

How do I order in bulk?

Please contact us direct if you would like to order 10+ diaries or would like to discuss the option of having some customised pages added to your diary for your business or team for larger orders.
