This diary is about taking back control of your mental health. It’s a journal, tracker and planner all in one so you can see your progress in one spot. Like all great things I started creating this diary for my own needs, but soon realised it can help other people too.

This diary includes

• Undated so you can use it as often as you need
• Daily spread including to-do lists and self-care checklist (12 weeks/84 days)

• Weekly mood scale and sleep tracker
• Tracking and worksheets for triggers, warning signs and many more useful tools to better manage your mental health

All designs and graphics are my own creations, inspired by my journey and style. There are now two versions - one with pink accents throughout and one with navy accents. Choose your favourite!
